All orders will take 2-3 business days to ship . Once we have shipped your order we will then contact you via email with your tracking number information .
If your tracking number says your order has been delivered but your package was stolen or lost from your home all packages come with insurance . So you can call your local post office and file a claim on your lost package. You will have 10 days to report your lost package to us and we can help solve the issue. However if you wait to inform us after the 10 days we will not be able to help.

Shoes Exchange ONLINE
If you order online and your shoes did not fit. You can exchange them only if they were never worn. Just simply send us DM that you will be shipping us back the shoes in exchange for the correct size.
INSTORE SHOE PURCHASE
Each customer is only valid to 1 shoe exchange . ONLY SHOES CAN BE EXCHANGED. If you purchased the wrong size in store you have 1 week to come in and exchange the size but you can not exchange style or color. It will have to be the exact same shoe just different size.
